I appreciate the fact that you feel the market can bear your price, but to be honest, you were marketing this service as a 100% transactional fee and you have since changed that model. It creates a barrier to any startup organization that may want to use your services. It just makes it wide open for any competitor that will provide the same service with a 100% transaction based model. I’m just saying it is a big change in philosophy that really limits your market.

Yes its true we charge a setup. The work to create a six or seven figure revenue stream for a media organization takes work. We feel its fair for a partner to invest $2500 to setup a program that can generate $10k in the first month.

Unfortunately, They are going back on their 100% transactional business model and charging a $2500 setup fee, so there will be very limited appeal for the cash strapped online news industry. They have priced themselves out of the medium and small market news organizations, so I don’t see it going very far. Maybe a few large market news organizations will do it, but that’s about it.
